广东工业大学硕士学住论文民自主创业等，努力满足居民生理、安全、归属、尊重及自我实现等各层次需求。 广东工业大学硕士学住论文 民自主创业等，努力满足居民生理、安全、归属、尊重及自我实现等各层次需求。 关键词：社区依恋；调节作用；机制；保障房：广州 万方数据 ABSTRACTAbstract ABSTRACT Abstract With the acceleration of the globalization process，the exchange of material flows， capital flows，information flows and human flows between regions are increasing．While globalization promotes regional economic growth and cultural exchanges，it also makes the relationship between people and place very fragile and complex．Along with the new era of urbanization and the concept of nostalgia，interest in people—place relationship is growing in the field of urban planning and human geography．Community attachment， which reflects the emotional connection between the residents and their communities， becomes an important concept to explore relationships between the residents and their communities．This paper defined community attachment as specific relations between residents and community under the local physical，environment and social relations including rootedness，sense of belonging and satisfaction． Housing is the most basic needs of the residents．However，the housing problem is becoming more and more serious with the rapid development of China’S economy since the reform and opening policy．In recent years，the central government realized that this’ was a problem and paid more attention to public housing，which helped lots of people move into new houses．At the same time，research on public housing became a hot topic in the field of urban planning and human geography,but few scholars have studied residents’sentiments regarding their communities．Based on the literature review of community attachment on the aspects of concept，study stage，methods and predictors， etc．，this paper analyzed data(N=3 44)collected from four public and commercial housing communities in Guangzhou using confirmatory factor analysis(CFA)， hierarchical regression and moderation analysis． Interestingly，results showed that the community type has no signi
