海南医学2015年7月第26卷第13期 Hainan Med J, Jul. 2015, Vol. 26, No. 13 doi:10.3969/j.issn.1003-6350.2015.13.0676 甘草提取物对人表皮黑素细胞迁移及细胞内钙离子的影响 黎 雯，牛 牧，黄瑞叶 (海南省皮肤病医院皮肤外科，海南 海口 570206) 【摘要】 目的 探讨甘草提取物对体外培养人表皮黑素细胞迁移和细胞内游离钙离子浓度的影响。方法 从 健康人包皮组织分离、培养黑素细胞，用甘草提取物处理黑素细胞，对照组仅加入等量培养基，采用Transwell微孔膜 法研究黑素细胞迁移，采用激光共聚焦扫描显微镜检测钙离子。结果 当甘草提取物在浓度1.25 mg/L 时，其黑 素细胞迁移数目与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05) ；实验浓度下的甘草提取物经处理后均能降低人黑 素细胞内钙离子的水平；不同浓度甘草提取物对黑素细胞细胞内钙离子的影响与对照组比较，差异均有统计学意义 (P0.05）。结论 推测甘草提取物可能通过降低黑素细胞内游离钙离子的浓度从而抑制进黑素细胞的迁移。 【关键词】 黑素细胞；甘草提取物；迁移；钙离子 【中图分类号】 R284.2 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】 1003—6350（2015 ）13—1876—03 2+ Effectsoflicoriceextract onmigrationand[Ca ]iinhumanmelanocytes in vitro. Cell migration was assessed using the transwell micropore filter method, and [Ca2+ ]i was detected by confocal laser scanning microscope. Results When the concentration of licorice extract was higher than 1.25 mg/L, the migration number of melanocyte was statistically significantly different from that of the control group (P0.05).
