摘 摘 要 建筑工程管理随着市场的不断发展越来越受到政府和学术界的关注，而项目管 理模式作为体现建筑工程管理水平的一个重要方面而备受重视。然而，在工程项目 管理模式的研究和应用方面，国外比国内要先进很多，目前国际上已基本形成了比 较成熟的模式，如DB模式、CM模式、BOT模式、BT模式以及当前国内较热门 的PPP模式。国内在引入这些模式时，应该有针对性地取其精华去其糟粕，不能一 味的借用套用，应该吸收国外优秀的项目管理经验，将国外的经验本土化应用，从 各个方面提高管理水平。因此研究建筑工程项目管理模式显得尤其重要，本文通过 研究国内外先进项目管理模式，对PMC模式进行了深入探讨，并结合SOC公司在 成都中汇项目采用PMC的案例，总结其在发展过程中存在的不足，并提出相应的 改进策略，可以为国内建筑工程项目管理提供参考，提升建筑企业或者开发商的综 合竞争力。 本文在介绍了研究的背景和意义、主要内容和基本框架的基础上，阐述了建筑 工程项目管理的基本理论，如项目管理的概念、特征和职责，项目管理过程和项目 生命周期以及项目管理的内涵：介绍了国外工程项目管理模式的应用特点及借鉴意 义。论文通过分析发现我国建筑工程项目管理PMC模式存在的问题，如管理模式 问题、管理方法、组织形式、材料供应等问题。并且有针对性地提出了具体改进策 略，如推广多种先进的项目管理模式、调整我国工程项目管理模式、调整组织机构、 实施准时采购有效控制工程项目等。 关键词：建筑工程，项目管理，PMC模式 万方数据 ABSTRACTConstruction ABSTRACT Construction Management Wim the continuous development of the market more and more attention by the government and academia,and project management as an important aspect of the building reflects the level of project management while much attention． However,in the research and application of project management mode，the foreign than domestic advanced a lot,the current intemational has basically formed a relatively mature model，such as DB mode，CM mode，BOT mode，BT mode and the current domestic more popular PPP mode．When introducing these domestic models，it should be targeted its essence to its dregs，not blindly borrow apply,should absorb foreign excellent project management experience，the experience of the foreign localization applications，to improve the level of management in all its aspects．So the study of construction project management is particularly important，the paper studies PMC model，combined with domestic engineering practice，summed up its shortcomings in the development process， and propose improvement strategies that Can provide a reference for domestic construction project management,enhance the competitiveness of construcfion companies or developers． This paper describes the background and significance of the research,based primarily on the content and the basic framework，describes the basic
