1.How long and under what circumstances have you known the applicant?
你认识申请人多长时间了?在什么情况下认识该申请人的?
(A) I have known her since she enrolled as a freshman of my Department. For the four years’ residence, I have ever been her tutor. Once I introduced her to a company to do her field work whish was well done by her.
(B) I am the Dean of the college where she studies. I knew her two years ago when she asked for me some academic issues. She is a a lively and goal-oriented individual.
2.What is your assessment of the applicant’s intellectual ability?(if the applicant has not yet graduated,we should be grateful for a realistic assessment of his /her degree prospects.)

(A) She is a clever student, who can not only understand the knowledge of her major in short time but also can draw out her own opinion. We usually discussed the academic issues together. And I even once recommended her to do field work in a company.
(B) She is really bright. I first heard her from many of her professors who appreciated her wisdom and ability. When she asked me about the academic issue, I really impressed by her unique thought and opinion.
3.What is your opinion of the applicant’s motivations towards and suitability for a career in the chosen filelds of study?what do you consider to be his/her principal qualities and weaknesses in this respect?

(A) She really loves this field and want learn more about it. I think she will become a paragon after further study and will do well in her job conerns with this field. She masters the knowledge of this field well and is really interested at it. However, she needs to learn more for she is too young to learn enough.
(B) I think she is interested in this field, because she is eager to explore more in this field and draw out his puzzle and get the answer from the professor. After further education on this field, she will be more excellent both in
