个性化护理对哮喘患儿依从性、负性情绪和生活质量的影响体会 DOI： 10.7504/nk2016010203 屮图分类号：R587.1 ：A ：目的：观察研究个性化护理对哮喘患儿依从性、负性情绪和生活质量 的影响。方法：选择2013年1月到2016年1月于我院就诊的哮喘患儿共100 例，作为本次研究的对象。将所有患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对50名观察 组患者予以个性化护理干预措施，对照组患者采用常规护理干预。结果：对照组 患者的依存性为80.0%,观察组患者依从性为94.0%。观察组患者显著高于对照 组，两组患者比较有统计学意义（P0.05），护理后观察组患者SAS评分显著低 于对照组，观察组患者情感功能、哮喘症状和活动受限评分显著高于对照组，比 较有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：在哮喘患儿治疗过程屮应用个性化护理模式， 可有效提升治疗依从性，降低患者焦虑等负性情绪，显著提升生活质量评分，获 得非常理想的护理效果，值得在临床上大力推广。 关键词：哮喘患儿：个性化护理：依从性；负性情绪；生活质量 Abstract: Objective: To observe the effect of individualized nursing on compliance, negative emotion and quality of life in children with asthma. Methods: a total of 100 children with asthma in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were selected as the subjects of this study. All patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 patients in the observation group were given personalized nursing intervention measures, control group patients with routine nursing intervention. Results: the dependence of the control group was 80%, and the compliance of the patients in the observation group was 94%. Patients in the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group, two groups of patients compared with statistical significance （P lt; 0.05）, nursing, observation group, the SAS score was significantly lower than that of the control group, observation patients emotional functions, asthma symptoms and activities limited score was significantly higher than that of the control group, compared with statistical significance (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: in the treatment of asthma in the process of application of personalized nursing mode, can effectively improve the treatment compliance, reduce patient anxiety and other negative emotions, significantly improve the quality of life score, obtain ideal nursing effect, it is worth to popularize in clinic.
