调查·研究 Survey 外科护士预防术后患者下肢深静脉血栓 形成的知信行调查 姜英 张纳 汤海祥 高娜 [ 摘 要 ] 目的：调查外科护士对于预防术后患者下肢深静脉血栓形成（DVT)的知识、信念和行为状况。方法：采用自行 设计的外科护士预防术后患者DVT 知信行问卷，以便利抽样法调查北京市某医院的 40 名外科护士，对收集的资料进行统计学 分析。结果：①外科护士预防术后患者 DVT 知识得分为 (9.38±1.74) 分，占满分的 62.5%；信念得分为 (33.90±3.80) 分，占 满分的 84.6%；行为得分为 (38.78±6.83) 分，占满分的 77.6%。②外科护士预防术后患者DVT 的知识、信念与行为三者之间 存在正相关 (P0.05)。③不同职称、责任护士状态、科室的外科护士预防术后患者DVT 知、信、行的得分不同，差异有统计 学意义 (P0.05)。结论：外科护士在预防术后患者DVT 的知信行方面，信念水平最高，行为水平次之，而知识水平较低，三 者之间存在正相关关系。护理管理者应进一步提高护士预防 DVT 的知识水平，以促进其信念的转念，进而改进护理措施。 [ 关键词 ] 下肢深静脉血栓；知识；信念；行为 [中图分类号] R47 [DOI] 10.3969/j.issn.1672-1756.2014.10.026 Knowledge, attitude and practice of surgical nurses towards DVT prevention of postoperative patients / JIANG Ying, ZHANG Na, TANG Haixiang, et al. // Peking Union Medical College Hospital, Beijing, 100730 China /// Chinese Nursing Management- 2014,14(10): 1086-1089 [Abstract] Objective: To assess knowledge, attitude and practice of surgical nurses towards Deep Venous Thrombosis (DVT) prevention of postoperative patients. Methods: Totally 40 surgical nurses were selected by convenience sampling to fill in a questionnaire designed to assess their knowledge, attitude and practice towards DVT prevention of postoperative patients. Results: ①Their knowledge score was 9.38±1.74 (mean knowledge score was 62.5%), attitude score was 33.90±3.80 (mean attitude score was 84.6%), and practice score was 38.78±6.83 (mean practice score was 77.6%). ②The knowledge, attitude and practice scores were positively correlated (P0.05). ③ The knowledge, attitude and practice scores had statistical differences in professional titles, if they were primary nurses and the departments they were working in. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that surgical nurses’ attitude was good, their practice was fairly good, but their knowledge was still weak towards DVT prevention
