浆纸企业 CO 排放因子分析及计算方法研究

摘要：根据浆纸生产的工艺特点和生产实际,推导出主流的制浆技术、造纸技术、浆纸废渣替代燃煤、沼气替代燃煤的 CO2 排放因子分别
为 0.229,1.304,1.5,3.69t/t. 以此为基础并参考相关的资料,分析了纸机的不同部位对 CO 排放因子的影响,并模拟了不同生产规模时 CO 排放

总量.结果表明:浆纸企业 CO2 排放总量中,造纸系统和废物处理系统占据主导地位分别为 54.23%和 33.86%,造纸系统和制浆系统中耗热工
段对 CO2 总量的贡献比例分别为 75.6%和 90.22%,废物处理系统中,浆纸废渣任意弃置和沼气任意排放 CO2 总量的贡献比例分别为 46.06%
和 47.59%.

Abstract ：According to the production practice and the production process characteristics of Pulping and Papermaking,
the emission factors of carbon dioxide (CO2) were deduced to be 0.229, 1.304, 1.5, 3.69t/t respectively for the mainstream
of pulping technology, the main-stream of papermaking technology, the pulp paper substitution of coal waste residue, the
methane substitution of coal. Based on the above figures and other related materials, the paper analyzed the effects of
different parts of paper-making machine on the CO2 emission factors, and simulated the corresponding total CO2
emissions derived from different production scales. It indicated that among the total CO emission in paper manufacturing
