Its effects on J2 motility and infectivity were evaluated with a sand column and the staining method respectively. T he results show ed that J2 mortality w as significantly increased while the egg hatching, J2 motility and infectivity w ere significantly reduced w ith the increasing concentration and time after treatment of fosthiazate.
