HUNAN UNIVERSITY 毕业设计（论文） 设计（论文）题目： 霍尔速度传感器检测系统 硬件设计 学 生 姓 名 学 生 学 号 专 业 班 级 自动化2011级3班 指 导 老 师 院长(系主任) 2015年 5 月 7 日 湖南大学毕业设计(论文) 第 PAGE IV 页 摘要 近年来，随着自动控制和检测技术的迅猛发展，发电机、电动机、机床主轴等旋转设备对齿轮转速的测量有了更高的要求。 本文就对霍尔传感器检测系统的设计进行了研究分析，设计了基于单片机AT89C2051的直流电机转速测量系统。完成了霍尔传感器测量电路的设计和显示电路的设计。测量转速的霍尔传感器和机轴同轴连接，机轴每转一周，产生一定量的脉冲信号，把采集好的脉冲信号输入到单片机中进行数据处理，经过处理后实现电机速度的测量。 在显示电路设计中，通过1602实现在LCD上直观地显示电机的转速值。经过硬件安装和软件调试，实现了对转速的准确测量，性能好、成本低、构造简单，可广泛应用于工程实践中转速的测量和显示。 关键词：单片机；LCD显示；霍尔传感器 The Hardware Design Of Hall Sensor Of Speed Test System Abstract In recent years, with the rapid development of automatic control and detection technology, and rotating equipment such as generators, motors, machine tool spindle is the higher requirement for measuring the rotational speed of gear. This paper studied the hall sensor test system the design analysis, design the dc motor speed measurement system based on single chip microcomputer AT89C2051. Completed the design of hall sensor measurement circuit and display circuit design. Measure the rotational speed of hall sensor and crankshaft coaxial connection, crankshaft turn every week, to produce a certain amount of pulse signal, the acquisition of the good pulse signal input to the single chip microcomputer for data processing, after treatment for motor speed measurement. In the display circuit design, by 1602 directly on the LCD display of the motor speed value. After installed hardware and software debugging, has realized the accurate measurement of rotating speed, good performance, low cost, simple structure, can be widely used in engineering practice, speed measuring and display.
