英文摘要ABSTRACT 英文摘要 ABSTRACT This paper describes the progress and the status of sludge disposal and resourc冶 utilization in the world at first，analyses the advantages and disadvantages of various ways of sludge disposal．It composites and analyses the sludge characteristics and advocates that sludge in Guangzhou are suitable for the use ofbuilding materials． Research shows that：sludge drying high energy consumption range(percentage of moisture 35％～60％、is the plastic stage of sludge．Combines喇th the sludge disposal situation in Guangzhou，through the contrast experiment between the natural drying of sludge and drying in constant temperature，and the analysis of the sludge”aerobic turn over stack”experiment，combine with the macroscopical phenomena that sludge drying is easy to“harden in surface．wet in inside,it considers that if we can bypass the high energy consumption range(percentage of moisture 35％-60％)一the plastic stage of sludge during drying,we call save the energy consumption of sludge drying．Through the theoretic analysis and calculation of the energy consumption about the sludge drying which adopt“dry sludge mix with raw sludge’’technology,educe a conclusion that it啪 debase the energy of sludge drying if it bypass the high energy consumption range． Sludge vector drying can break the sludge rubber group’S imprisoned function to the water and obstain huge surface；enhance drying heat and mass transfer efficiency hugelg．It Call bypass the high energy consumption range，enhance the drying efficiency, debase the energy and cost of sludge drying, By the end of 2010，most cities in China will be forbidden to use day brick．So，it has significant significance tO USe sluge to burn sludge brick,it can both be instead of the clay brick,aLso it Can u∞the resources characters of the sludge．This paper combines with the practical prDject,analyses the technics and equipment of sludge vector drying, make a summary about the entire technical process．It considers that sludge brick tech
