摘要达性也随之变差，交通条件的差异导致了土地利用类型在空间分布的上差异和土 摘要 达性也随之变差，交通条件的差异导致了土地利用类型在空间分布的上差异和土 地利用强度区域性的差异：地价的空间格局与广州市土地利用的空间格局有很好 的拟合性，地价能有效的优化土地利用的空间格局。 关键词：土地利用，宏观格局，广州市，景观，圈层 II Study Study On Land Use Macro—pattern Of Guangzhou Major：Physical Geography Name：He Ke．run Supervisor：Prof．DONG Yu-xiang Abstract Land use pattern，as a significant part of geography research，has been widely researched recently．Land use pattern is usually area-oriented concentrating on city which is a remarkable area of human activity．In the process of urbanization and harmonized development of city and countryside，urban land use macro-pattern is of great significance both theoretically and practically in urban development and effective sustainable utilization of urban land．With the help of multi-disciplinal theory and methodology,such as landscape ecology,land economics，land planning and district and city economics，we take advantage of GIS to do some preliminary research on the current status and influential factors of Guangzhou land USe patter．We analyzed space pattern of Guangzhou land use and main factors leading to this pattern． Main condusions as foIllows： 1．According to characteristic difference of land use,we took advantage of relevant theory of landscape ecology and divided Guangzhou into three parts： construction district，farming and field district and forest district．Construction district takes the residential aFea，industry area and mining area as the matrix；farming and field district takes the hrming and field as the matrix；forest district takes forest land as the matrix．Through the land use structure and the spatial distribution characteristic analysis,we obtained the land use macro—pattern of Guangzhou，which characteristic is interrupted and irregular circle． 111 摘要2．Taking 摘要 2．Taking these three districts as the background，using the GIS technology, withdrew the use related data and took advantage of landscape ecology,fractal theory, productive forces theory of land，computed some index，s
