Research Research on Strategic Human Resource Management of the State-owned Architectural Enterprise Abstract The development of the state-owned architectural enterprise is seriously restricted by backwardness of the management system,and by urgent shortage of talents,and by running-off of management talents.Therefore,it is primarily necessary to set up the perfect and sufficient human resources management system, and to draw in,retain and hlsptre the talents,and to enhRuce the competitive abilities ofthe state-owned architectural enterprises. 11址paper studies the human resource management problem of the state-owned arckitec删enterprise based on the theories of stxatcgic human resource management.The paper is fLSt to summarize the applied fi-uits and the related theories of strategic human resourc洽management;to make a analysis of the characteristics of architecUL“al enterprises and the current situation and developing tendency of human resource management;to study the related factors and ways of coming into being of the core capacity of the state-owned architectural enterprises; and to put forward the construction ofthe management system ofthe strate西c talents ofthe state-owned architectural enterprises.
