中文摘要近年来，广东省乃至全国大部分省市都面临着技术工人紧缺的现实。为了 中文摘要 近年来，广东省乃至全国大部分省市都面临着技术工人紧缺的现实。为了 改善技术工人严重匮乏的现状，提高二产类专业毕业生的就业质量，促进中等职 业学校在就业指导等方面的改革，本文在对广东省中等职业学校进行深入调查研 究后，通过对广东省企业用人情况和广东省人才储备情况进行了分析，分析了中 等职业学校二产类专业毕业生就业中存在的问题并提出了相应的对策。 本文首先对第二产业及中等职业学校二产类专业的概念进行了界定并阐述 了中等职业学校的作用及发展现状，主要从学校(包括学生个人)、社会政府、 用人单位等角度分析了广东省中等职业学校二产类专业毕业生在就业培养及使 用方面存在的问题。如学校体制问题、学生自我认识等方面的问题；政府立法、 社会舆论导向、财政支持等问题；企业招聘及用人制度、员工培训等各方面都应 加强完善。针对这些问题，提出了广东省中等职业学校不仅就着重加强自我建设， 政府和企业及全社会都应为促进二产类专业毕业就业，保证其就业质量做出贡 献。本文使用的研究方法有：文献法、实地调研法、访谈调查法、问卷调查法等。 关键词： 中等职业学校二产类专业 就业对策 ABSTRACTIn ABSTRACT In the recent years，it was facing a serious shortage of technical employee in Guangdong province even if in area of China．In order to change the reality of this shortage，to improve the employ quality of the students of the secondary industry-oriented of secondary vocational school，achieve the innovation of employ instruction in secondary vocational school。After intensive investigation and research， it analyzed the company employ and storage stage of Guangdong Province and presented the problems exist in the emvloyment，at the,岛alne time，put forward the corresponding solutions． At first,it defined the conception of secondary industry and secondary industry-oriented specialties of secondary vocational school，elaborated its effect and development stage．It also analyzed the employment cultivate and tlse problems for the point of view such as school(include mudents)，society and government，employer etc．To solve these problems such as school system，student self-understanding, government legislation,public opinion guiding,finance supporting,company employment and personnel system，staff training and so Oil．The main measure is that not only the secondary vocational school should strengthen its self-construction，the government and the company eVcn the society should contribute to the graduates’ employment and quality of the secondary industry—oriented specialties of secondary vocational sch001． KEY WORDS：Secondary Vocational School，secondary i
