中文摘要企业高层管理团队在企业内部是整个企业的核心，在企业外部他们代表着整 中文摘要 企业高层管理团队在企业内部是整个企业的核心，在企业外部他们代表着整 个企业的行为。他们的决策影响一个企业的兴衰，他们的执行决定企业的命运， 高层管理团队由于负责整个组织的经营决策，因此团队绩效会在很大程度上影响 组织绩效。加强我国高层管理团队绩效的研究势在必行，企业高层管理团队绩效 提升的研究是一个关系企业长远发展的具有战略意义的课题。本文在第一章论述 了企业高层管理团队绩效的研究是一个既具有理论意义又具有实践价值的研究 课题。在第二章首先对国内外关于“高层管理团队TMT绩效”的研究进行了文献 综述；然后界定了企业高层管理团队的定义；最后借鉴国内外专家学者的研究成 果，提出了企业高层管理团队绩效的概念。在第三章中，作者认为实现企业的目 标和提高企业高层管理团队绩效及个体的绩效，必须设计，建立一个合理的绩效 管理系统。本文的重点第四章首先通过系统分析法，分析影响高层管理团队绩效 的因素有三大方面：高层管理团队特征因素、高层管理团队过程因素和高层管理 团队环境因素。然后在具体分析高层管理团队绩效的影响因素基础上，提出了制 定几项切实可行的绩效提升措施，即构建合理的团队结构；创建有生命力的团队 文化；建立有效的团队信息结构；制定有效的激励约束机制。第五章通过案例分 析，总结经验，给其他企业高层管理团队启示。 关键词：高层管理团队绩效 团队绩效管理 团队绩效提升 ABSTRACTIn ABSTRACT In the enterprise interior the top management teams is the entire enterprises cx3re， they represents the entire enterprise’s behavior in the enterprise exterior．Their decision leads to the enterprise’S prosperity or decline，their execution affects enterprises destiny．Standing up on a status with long views，the top management teams is responsible for the management decision ofthe entire organization；therefore the team performance affects the organizational performance．It is imperative to strengthen the research ofthe top management teams’performance．The research that enhances performance of the top management teams is a long-term development and strategic significance topic． The main contains ofthis article can be introduced brienY硒follows： In the first chapteL this paper proposed the research that enhances performance of tlIe top management teams is a significance topic in theory and practice．In the second chapter,this paper started with summarizing the study of“the top management teams TMT performance’Then it defined the concept of top management teams． Finial this article proposed a concept for the enterprise top management teams performance on the basis of lots of the domestic and foreign expert’S and scholars research achievemem，In the t硒rd chapteL the author thinks that the enterprise design and establish one reasonable pe
