Teaching procedures
Step I: Class opening
Show the four pictures of four seasons and talk about the activities of the seasons,review the languages of weather and lead in we can eat fresh vegetables and fruits,let’s go to the farm.
Play a song about farm.
Have students say out the fruits they like.
Step II: Presentation
Show the pictures of the vegetables and teach the words,draw attention to the noun plurals.
Have students look and read the word quickly.
Have the students look and say phrases and sentences: red tomatoes,yellow tomatoes,green beans,black beans,red beans,yellow beans. I like carrot B,it is cool...
Play games to master the words.
What is missing?(look and say quickly)
“火眼金睛”(look and say quickly:I see ...)
Look at the vegetable baby and describe it:Hello,I am a vegetable baby.I have tomatoes hair...Have students say and use the words in sentences.
Step III: Practice
