山东建筑大学硕士学位论文Study 山东建筑大学硕士学位论文 Study on the tramformation of public activity space suitable for the 0ld residential areas in Ji’nan ZHANG Qt(Urban planning) Directed by Lv Xue Chang ABSTRACT In recent years，rapid development of urbanization in our country,along with the growing aging population．The problem of population aging is not only to bring all aspects of our society,but also to the urb an and rtral planning has brought severe challenges．Elderly due to their physical condition and activity characteristics and other reasons，except in their own homes in daily living and much of the rest of the time is outdoors for some activities，for the elderly,and places ofmost ofthese leisure, communication activities is to live within the district public space．In recent years， new residential mostly are taken into account factors increased the proportion of the elderly populat衄living in the area do some planning and design to meet the needs ofthe elderly population activities,while the old residential area due to the building’S earlier,did not funy take into account the elderly popuhtbn to the needs ofthe public space．Therefore，in the case of aging is becoming increasingly serious，the old residential area ofpublic space for adaptation to aging SO as to meet the needs ofthe elderly living life and daily leisure,communication is imminent． This paper takes Jinan City as an example，to the elderly and their old resider吐ial area of public space as the object of study by data of domestic and foreign relevant research of finishing and typical cases analysis，induction summary ofelderly people in a variety of differem types of public space activities and characteristics．Using questionnaires,interviews,direct observation method for selected old residential area of field researcK through to the residential space boundary,entrance space，street space，space，pub lic facilities,such as the elderly activity analysis，summarizes the current problems ofold residemial areas in public space，and ac
