This paper describes the concept and characteristics of a machine tool ultrasonic testing accessory, Then architecture of the entire accessory, Using product platform design accessory product family.Next, analyzing the movement of different Machine tool, Put forward four-bar machines and Space dotted agencies Principle, Design Time Synchronization method to Synchronous accessory with the machine tool.analysis the NC code, According to Time Synchronization method to complete lathe accessory NC code compiler’s design. Then according to the product platform Thought, Using a modular design approach for the detailed design agency, design Each interface,agencies module, ultrasonic coupling module.Design and experimental ultrasound coupling system, Analysis of the experimental results, design machine tool Ultrasonic coupling system.Finally, analysising and designing the accessory control systems. Build the entire system, Complete the automatic detection of workpiece.
