PAGE PAGE 4 Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and the clinical curative effect observation of dyslipidemia ABSTRACT Objective: Observation of the curative effect of modified Taohong Siwu Decoction in the treatment of blood stasis and phlegm turbid syndrome in stable angina of coronary heart disease and its effects on serum lipid levels, and to explore its clinical efficacy and mechanism of action. Methods: Select 80 cases of abnormal in patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease complicated with blood lipids, TCM for blood stasis phlegm turbid syndrome, were randomly divided into treatment group (group A) and control group (group B), the ratio of 1:1, 40 cases in each group. Group A was treated with modified Taohong Siwu Decoction, one dose daily, sharing 30 days; group B used Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets lipid lowering treatment, daily 20mg, bedtime clothing, sharing 30 days. In two groups patients were given conservative treatment of coronary artery disease based drugs, such as anticoagulant and antiplatelet aggregation, slow the heart rate to reduce myocardial oxygen consumption, to control blood sugar and other underlying diseases, improving myocardial remodeling and other symptomatic treatment. During the medical treatment without any effect is not exact or yet to be clear hypolipidemic. Two groups were observed before and after treatment, the clinical symptoms of patients serum examination, electrocardiogram, adverse drug reaction, lipid levels in the changes before and after treatment, analysis of data.
