PAGE PAGE 10 The Clinical Research on the Type of Yin-Deficiency of Functional Constipation Treating by JiaWeiYuNvJian Abstract Objective: To observe the clinical effect on the type of Yin-Deficiency of functional constipation treating by JiaWeiYuNvJian. Method: Selecting the type of Yin-deficiency functional constipation 80 patients, all of them form 2010-04 to 2011-11 in the Branch of Spleen and Stomach Diseases Outpatient and inpatient of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine, All patients were diagnosed by TCM syndrome differentiation of Yin-deficiency. According to Random Number Method divided into the treatment group and control group both of 40 cases. Two groups of patients in the age, sex, duration, severity of illness and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine before symptoms in total score were no obvious difference(P0.05). The treatment group taking Chinese Medicine Jiaweiyunvjian, and the control group with phenolphthalein piece. Half a month for a period of treatment, and then we have observated two groups’ Safety observation (the general medical project, blood routine, urine routine, stool routine; heart liver renal function, adverse reaction) and efficacy observation (the signs and symptoms observation). Compared with two groups’ total score, TCM symptoms, the comprehensive effect of the pre- and pro-treatment. Statistical analysis methods: SPSS17.0 statistical software for analysis. The Ridit analysis for ranked data, count data using X2 test, measurement data for t test. Results: (1)After treatment, the two groups of patients total score TCM symptoms than before treatment are significant difference (P0.05); (2)The treatment group total score of TCM symptoms improved superior to that of the control group (P 0.05). The treatment group total effectiveness 95.0%, the control group total effectiveness 72.5%. The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than control the total effective rate
