摘要摘要 摘要 摘要 通过二十几年的发展，我国民营企业取得了举世瞩目的成绩。但 是，我们可以看到许多优秀的民营企业在发展不到几年中，就纷纷落 马，严重地影响了人民的生活和国民经济。据调查研究，我国民营企 业的平均寿命只有2．9年，85％的企业都在10年之内倒闭。这样触目 惊心的数字，引起了国内学者们的广泛注意。为了解决民营企业寿命 短暂这一问题，本文以加工制造型民营企业为研究对象，用实证研究 的方法探讨了民营企业生命周期阶段的测度标准，找出了企业在不厨 的阶段都面临着哪些共同的问题。 本文引用的企业生命周期理论，其在西方国家的发展已经基本成 熟，通过发达国家的企业的寿命我们可以看到，它很好的地指导了企 业健康的发展，为企业长寿做出了重要的贡献。所以本文也试图用这 一理论来解决我国民营企业寿命短暂这一问题。 本文在研究过程中所采用的研究方法主要有：文献分析法、访谈 法、问卷调查法、数据分析法；而其中所用到的数据分析的方法主要 有：因子分析、信度分析、聚类分析和判别分析。通过科学的分析研 究，最终我们获得了我国加工制造型民营企业生命周期阶段的判断标 准和找到了企业在发展阶段中都存在着哪些共同的问题。这一发现有 利于我国民营企业找到自己在发展过程中所处的生命周期阶段，了解 这个阶段都存在着或者将会遇到哪些问题，从而制定出恰当的管理行 为方案，达到企业长寿的目的。 关键词 民营企业，企业的生命周期，企业寿命 硕士毕业论文AB 硕士毕业论文 AB STRACT Through more than 20 years development，private enterprises in our country have got great achievements which attract the sight of all the world．Now they have become an important constituent in our national economy．At the same time they have been closely linked with Our people life and affected our national economy．However,We Can see many outstanding private enterprises develop several years later,then bankruptcy．According to the investigation and research，we found private enterprises’life in our country that has only 2．9 years．The 85％of enterprises almost goes out of business within 1 0 years．The such surprising numbers have brought to the domestic scholars wide attention．This article takes the manufacture private enterprises as the research object in here．We hope that gain the measures’standard of life cycle in these private enterprise and find some common problems in this stage of life cycle． The life cycle theory has maturation in western countries．Through the life of company in these countries，it has succeeded in directing these companies and prolonged their life．So this article tries to use this theory to solve the problem of life cycle in private enterprise． There are many ways under research，such as literature analysis， interview,questionnaire，data analysis and SO on．The data analysis in Ⅱ 硕士毕业论文
