Series-parallel connected system and voting-type system are applied in engineering widely. Now, series system and parallel system have been studied by many researches, and have got many marked results. Many researches on the compontents after repair are “as good as new” study the reliability of the system by many researchers, and repaired immediately when components failure, study the reliability of the system. In practical, howerer, the compontents after repair are not “as good as new”, and repaired not immediately when components failure, so compontents need wait for repair. So we should study compontents after repair are not “as good as new” and repaired not immediately when components failure, which close to the real life of people. Meanwhile it also has practical significance and theory value. We do the following research in this paper: In the first part of this paper the reliability of the research purpose、present situation and study methods is briefly introduced, then several concepts of measure system reliability indices, such as the reliability, availability and so on are introduced. The second part is the main part of the paper: Firstly, two component series connected system is introduced, the compontents after repair are not “as good as new” and repair equipment is also possible failure in the repair process. Repair facility can replace if it is failure,then repair equipment go on working. Repair failure equipment can be replaced after the repair equipment, and then continue to repair the fault components. We establish the model and analysis the reliability of system, then the availability and reliability of the system and so on are derived.
