To evaluate the clinical efficacy of cutting the front side and ligaturing the lateral sides in treating mixed hemorrhoids on the front side in women. Method. A total of 100 women with mixed hemorrhoids on the front side were enrolled and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The operation of cutting the front side and ligaturing the lateral sides of the hemorrhoids was adopted in the treatment group and Milligan-Morgan surgery in the control group. Clinical outcomes of the 2 groups were compared. Results. Outcomes of the treatment group scored better than the control group in post-operational pain, healing time and edema (all Plt;0.05). Conclusion. To cut the front side and ligature the lateral sides to treat mixed hemorrhoids on the front side in women is an operation with definite efficacy and fewer complications, which is easy to operate and to promote. 【Keywords】 mixed hemorrhoids; females; Milligan-Morgan surgery 环状混合痔是痔病中最为严重的病种，严重影响生活质量。该病?一般需手术 才能治愈，而女性前侧混合痔，最为难处理，如手术处理不当，术后并发症多， 如疼痛、水肿等，甚至会影响夫妻生活。观察了剪切两侧结扎治疗与传统的混合 痔外剥内扎术治疗女性前侧混合痔的临床疗效，现将结果报道如下。 1临床资料 1.1 一般资料选择遂宁市中心医院肛肠科2014年2月-2014年9月治疗的 混合痔女性患者100例，均符合2004年中华医学会外科学分会肛肠外科学组制 定的《痔临床诊治指南》［1】中混合痔的诊断标准。 随机分为2组:治疗组50例，年龄(37.1plusmn;11.3)岁；对照组50例, 年龄(35.4plusmn;10.3)岁。两组患者一般情况具有可比性。 1.2手术方法治疗组：采用混合痔剪切两侧结扎治疗。取右侧卧位碘液消 毒骶尾部，洒精去碘，用2%盐酸利多卡因注射液5ml+0.75%盐酸布比卡因注射 液5mk火菌注射用水5ml腰俞穴注射麻醉，患者无不适，麻醉显效后转截石位 常规消毒铺巾。术毕行肛周长效封闭(亚甲蓝10mg+0.75%盐酸布比卡因注
