参穹葡萄糖注射液联合缬沙坦胶囊治疗肾性高血压的效果研究 ［摘要］目的探讨参芎葡萄糖注射液联合缬沙坦胶囊治 疗肾性高血压的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2013年4月? 2014年3月我院收治的肾性高血压患者136例，按照就诊的 先后顺序分为观察组及对照组，每组68例，对照组单独采 用缬沙坦胶囊治疗，观察组采用参芎葡萄糖注射液联合缬沙 坦胶囊治疗，比较两组临床总有效率、治疗前后收缩压及舒 张压情况、治疗前后肾功能及不良反应发生率。结果（1） 观察组临床总有效率与对照组比较明显较高（P0.05）。结 论参芎葡萄糖注射液联合缬沙坦治疗肾性高血压疗效确 切，安全性高，可以作为一种有效的治疗方式在临床推广应 用。 ［关键词］高血压；参芎葡萄糖注射液；缬沙坦 ［中图分类号］R544. 14 ［文献标识码］B ［文章编号］ 2095-0616 （2014） 16-55-03 Study of the clinical effect of renal hypertension treated with Shenxiong glucose injection and valsartan capsules XU Yezheng Department of Medicine, Zhangdian MCH， Zibo City, Shandong Province, Zibo 255000， China [Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of renal hypertension treated with Shenxiong glucose injection and valsartan capsules. Methods 136 patients with renal hypertension selected from April 2013 to March 2014 in our hospital wereretrospective analyzed, according to the order of treatment they were divided into observation group and control group, 68 patients in each group， the control group used valsartan capsule alone, the observation group used Shenxiong glucose injection combined with valsartan capsules, the total clinical efficiency, systolic and diastolic blood pressure before and after treatment, kidney function and the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment of two groups were compared. Results The total efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P0. 05). Conclusion Shenxiong glucose injection combined with valsartan treatment of renal hypertension is effective and safe, can be used as an effective treatment in clinical application.
