吉林省高校教师人力资源开发的社会环境研究摘 吉林省高校教师人力资源开发的社会环境研究 摘 要 随着信息化社会的到来和知识经济的发展，人力资源在经济和 社会发展中的战略地位已日益凸现，人力资源开发已成为全球关注 的焦点。 高校是人才培养的摇篮，高校教师人力资源开发状况直接决定 着人才培养的质量。新中国成立50多年来，高校教师队伍建设一直 受到外部社会环境的制约。即使到现在，社会环境仍是高校教师人 力资源开发的“瓶颈”。本论文围绕高校教师人力资源开发状况及其 与社会环境的内在联系，对吉林省部分高校教师人力资源开发状况 进行抽样调查，在调研基础上，对吉林省高校人力资源开发社会环 境状况进行了综合分析研究，找寻出社会环境对高校教师人力资源 开发的影响和制约作用。 本论文在对吉林省高校教师人力资源开发与社会环境关系实证 研究的基础上，首次从社会学视角对制约吉林省高校教师人力资源 开发的社会环境因素进行梳理分析，并提出了通过优化社会政治环 境、政策环境、文化环境来加强高校教师人力资源开发的具体对策。 关键词：高校教师人力资源开发现状分析社会环境对策 Research Research on social environment of the exploration of human resources of higher educational school teacher abstract With the coming of information society and the development of strategic position of human resource in the economy and social development is increasingly important the exploration of human resource has gain global attention． Higher educational school is the cradle of talent．The situation of exploration of human resource in colleges directly determine the quality of cultivating talent．the construction of higher educational school teacher’S tram has been confined by exterior social environment since the foundation of New China 50years ago．Even now,it is still a bottleneck of exploration of human resource．the thesis tedters on the recent situation of human resource exploration and inter relationship with the social environment．And investigating it systematically．On the basis of analysis of the problems in the exploration of human resource and relationship with social environment．It will make comprehensive research and put forward confronting tactics concerning optimizing political，economic and culture environment． It is quite significant both in theory and practice to optimize the social environment of human resource environment and maturity of higher educational school teacher’S team as well as high quality teacher’S group． Key words：higher educational school teacher Key words：exploration ofhuman resource analysis ofresent situation social environment confronting tactics 2
