G公司薪酬制度研究 摘 要 薪酬管理是企业管理的一个重要组成部分,薪酬的重要地位随着国家对于分配制度的调整和劳动力市场的快速发展而逐渐体现。薪酬制度是现代企业制度的一个重要组成部分,是企业改革的永恒主题,也是企业界和经济学界关注并引发讨论的热点话题。如何有效利用薪酬的公平性、合理性和激励性,转变员工的工作态度,保持人员的稳定,促进企业的战略发展,这是企业管理中面临的重要问题。 因此,本文主要从薪酬制度综述、国内外研究现状、G公司薪酬制度现状以及G公司薪酬制度完善对策四个方面，对G公司薪酬制度现状进行分析,并发现G公司现行薪酬制度的不足，然后深入根本地去解决问题,不仅仅对解决G公司目前所面临的严峻形势具有真正的现实意义,而且对于更多的具有民营企业背景并处在发展阶段的中小企业,在制定企业薪酬制度上的学习和借鉴方面具有重大意义。 关键词： 人力资源管理 薪酬管理 薪酬制度 G enterprise salary system research Abstract Compensation management is an important part of enterprise management, pay an important role as the country for the adjustment of the distribution system and the rapid development of the labor market gradually..
