摘要 摘要 万方数据 万方数据 摘要 我国汽车制造企业的物流体管理体系，在整个汽车行业及物流供应链体系 的发展和指引下，不断地提高和创新；特别是在汽车制造业和社会经济活动中， 创造的经济效益也越来越明显。作为国内自主品牌的民营企业，要想在激烈的 市场中分得一席之地，让民族汽车走向全世界，除了在产品研发、品质提升、 成本优化等方面下功夫外，还要导入现代物流先进的理念的，面对市场激烈的 竞争，迫使汽车行业不断的优化生产过程，并进一步发掘“第三利润源泉”，因而 汽车企业降低物流成本，提高竞争力有着重要的意义。 本文以浙江吉利控股集团湘潭公司为例，通过剖析湘潭公司汽车零部件物 流管理现状，梳理存在的问题，建立了生产及物流拉动系统、标准化管理、供 应链可视化系统、循环取货、数据同步系统、集货物流及甩挂运输等精益物流 解决方案；提出了第三方物流外包解决方案以及组织管理、过程监控、协调机 制等过程实施保障措施；有效保证了零部件物流的正常运转，降低了供应商和 主机厂之间的物流成本，满足了市场快速变化的需要。 关键词：物流管理；三方物流；循环取货；SPS 看板管理； I Abs Abstract Abstract Automobile manufacturing enterprise logistics system with the development of automobile industry are constantly evolving and improving, in the whole society and industry to promote and follow, logistics system in the enterprise and the social eco- nomic activities, plays a more and more important role, and create more obvious. In recent years, Chinas automobile industry is growing fast, but also faces a severe test of falling prices, manufacturers have to seek new outlets, reduce the cost, in order to obtain a space for one person in the fierce competition in the market. Facing such a big challenge, had to once again to optimize the production process of the automotive industry, and to further explore the third profit source, so the automobile enterprises to reduce logistics cost, has an important significance to improve the competitiveness.
