摘要Abstract 摘要 Abstract Autism has been a serious problem of public health in recent years．The therapy and recovery 、■一 service for autism in China got a late start,SO there a坞still a lot of problems to be solved．Improvised Musical Therapy,118 kind of musical therapies，has already been used to CUre the autism in America and Europe for its low cost and few side effects．With eomiderable effectiveness，it is widely used in the Occident，but seldom used in China．Only a few researchers do the analysis On individual cases． They neither extend the objects of study from the individual to a group，11101respectively illustrate the effect for the patients who in the different levels of the disctlSe，that is，in the serious Or slight condition．This essay is based On the study of relative documents at home and abroad and combined 证m the practice of Improvised Musical Therapy Programme for Childhood Autism which WaS carried out by Fuzhou I-Iengai Speeial Training Institution．It not only analyzes the curative efleet of Improvised Musical Therapy for Childhood Autism,discusses the efficient Improvised Musical Therapies for autism，but also extends the objects of study from the individual to group at the same time．Moleovcr，it applies statistic models to the quantitative analysis of the Collective Group Musical ’ 1● effect and of the different effects bctween serious and slight a reference Therapy’s patients，provides e for the parents of autistic children鹊well嬲the practitioners who treat the autism，and offers IeaSOIIS for relative studies in future in order to develop Improvised Musical Therapy in better way． Keywords：Autism，Improvised Musical Therapy,Curative effect Ill 缸‘， 缸‘，e d IV 中文文摘中文文摘 中文文摘 中文文摘 k ≮ 孤独症是当今严重的公共卫生问题。我国的孤独症诊疗和康复服务起步较迟， 需要解决的问题更多。即兴式音乐治疗作为音乐治疗的一种，因其成本低、副作用 小，在欧美国家早已被引入孤独症治疗中，成效卓越，成为目前使用最多的音乐疗 法，但在中国却使用甚少。少数研究者也仅仅是针对个案进行分析，并未将研究对 象扩展到群体，也未将孤独症的患病程度即重度患者和轻度患者的疗效进行分开阐 述。 本研究在分析研究国内外相关文献的基础上，结合福州恒爱特殊训练机构开展 的儿童孤独症音乐治疗项目的实践，分析即兴式音乐治疗对孤独症儿童的疗效，探 讨孤独症即兴式音乐治疗的有效方案，同时将研究对象从个人扩
