医学人文教育的困境及有效路径探析 林彬刁惠婷 广州中医药大学校长办公室 摘要： 医学人文教育在医学生的临床实践指导上具有重要的理论价值和实践意义，是 培养全面发展的高素质医学人才的必然要求，是医学院校思想政治教育工作的 重要组成部分。特别是针对当前医学科学主义和技术主义不断彰显、医患纠纷频 发、重专业知识轻人文精神教育、医学人文教育方式滞后、功利主义和去道德化 趋向等现实困境，应通过传统中医药文化塑造医学生的精神长相、优化医学人文 教育的教学体系、充分利用“互联网+”的医学人文教育模式、建构医学人文素 质评价考核体系等路径实现医学人文价值冋归，使医学生不偏离面向临床实践 的道德应然的行为。 关键词： 医学人文教育;中医药核心价值观;医患沟通; 收稿日期:2017—05-23 The Analysis on the Problems and Effective Path of Medical Humanities Education LIN Bin DIAO Huiting President Office, Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine; Abstract： Medical humanities education on medical students’ clinical practice instruction is of important theoretical value and practical significance, is the inevitable requirement to cultivate all-round development of high quality medical talents, and is an important part of ideological and political education in medical universities and colleges. Especial ly when facing practical difficulties such as the current medical scientism and technologism, frequent occurrence of medical disputes, emphasis on professional knowledge education rather than humanistic spirit education, the lag of medical humanities education, utilitarianism, demoralization and so on. So it should take advantage of traditional Chinese medicine culture to shape the spirit of the medical students looks, optimize the teaching system of medical humanities education，make full use of ’’ internet plus medical humanities education pattern, establish medical humanities quality evaluation system to realize the value of medical humanities return, so that the medical students don’t deviate from the clinical practice oriented moral behavior ought to be.
