!州／、’≯顺fj学f、Z论Z !州／、’≯顺fj学f、Z论Z 基十j{J小企业融资的fJU,；，链{?融研究 Abstract Medium—sized and small enterprises take 95％of Chinese enterprises．They have such important role to play in Chinese economy development which not be substitute．At the mean time，they give more fairness to the competition between enterprises，maintain the competition energy of market and inc麟e jobs硒well keep the society stable．However,the contribution medium-sized and small enterprises have made doesn’t equal to the financial support they’ve got． And the lack of financial support has become the obstacle of medium—sized and small enterprises’ development． The reason why financial support is not enough for medium-sized and small enterprises is that the financial support system of China is not perfect and of the characteristics of itself have something to do wiⅡl it．In order to solve this problem,the medium-sized and small enterprises have to improve themselves and the financial system has to be creative and aimed at the medium·sized and small enterprises．With both sides’cooperation，banks and enterprises will find binding poim called Supply Chain Finance，which will be benefit both to the enterprises and the banks． This paper put corporate finance theory,Credit theory and the financial ecology theory to It is also combine the situation of Chinese Supply Chain Finance and gives an overall deeply analysis to Supply Chain Finance’S idea，mode and operation principle．Supply Chain Finance aimed at the need of financial support of medium·sized and small enterprises to create financial products and new financial service mode．It utilizes the advantage of the stable business transaction and trade contact with the enterprises to衄de new financial product with its transaction．The enterprises have to use the financial products which banks provided to them， accommodate operation of money process in its supply chain and then rise the efficiency of operation of money to meet the need of financing． Key words：Medium-sized an
