中文摘要 人格教育是中西方古代教育思想的精华，培养学生健全的人格， 一直被中外教育家视为教育的价值取向和终极目标。但是，我们当前 的学校却存在着较为严重的把教育窄化为智育，又把智育残缩 为分数，在中小学教育实践中明显地表现为重智育、轻德育，重分数、 轻人格的倾向。忽视对学生的人格教育，在一定程度上将导致学生人 格的障碍，并最终阻碍其健全人格的养成。在全面推行素质教育的今 天，重新审视人格教育，将人格教育在整个教育体系中进行科学的定 位，以培养健全人格作为教育的价值取向和终极目标，这既是现代社会 发展的要求，也是青少年身心发展的客观需要，同时还是青少年成才 的保证。目前，青少年的人格缺失主要表现在心理承受能力差、情感冷 漠、智能与道德的分离等几个方面，人格的缺失给青少年个人、家庭 及其社会都带来极大的危害。导致青少年人格缺失的原因是多方面的， 主要有社会环境的负面影响、家庭教育的不利因素、学校教育的不当 以及个人自身的原因口要实施人格教育，最有意义的莫过于对人格教 育对策进行优化:优化教育关系，优化教育思想，优化教育手段 p 从 以人为本的理念出发，在充分尊重受教育者的人格的基础上，对 受教育者进行人格教育，使受教育者形成健全人格，拥有属于自己的 积极、健康而有意义的、幸福的生活。 关键词:青少年人格 健全人格人格教育 Abstract The education of personality is the cream of ancient education thoughts in China and abroad. It is always the fina1 p町pose for educations to make students have healthy personality. However，there is .a deviation in our education at present 也at more and more parents regard education a means to realize their desire. for material benefits. Thus，education for examination comes into being and is becoming more and more serious. Schools treat education just as intellectual education ，and even think it only marks. In practice，they pay more attention to intellectua1 education and marks than personality and think marks as important standard to evaluate students and teachers. Therefore，some students of high qualities who can get high marks but have unhealthy personality，cant be found out on tíme. Nowadays，the youngs lack of personality mainly shows that their psychology standing ability is very weak，and they have little sympathy for others，and that intelligence is separated 企om moral education.
