东北大学硕士论文 东北大学硕士论文 摘要 摘 要 不同条件下被加热钢坯的焓增正比于边界热流之差对时间积 分。基于这一关系，在简化条件，即常物性、炉温和总括热吸收率都 均匀分布情况下，本文对积分过程进行了简化，提出了汇合法。汇合 法属于解析法，在进行炉温决策时，可以完全免除虚拟加热计算，但 精度不高。在汇合法基础上本文进一步提出汇合一分化联合法，该方法 需要进行一次虚拟加热，可以达到较高的精度。 为使汇合法及汇合．分化联合法适用于一般情况，即考虑变物 性、段内炉温及总括热吸收率分布等因素。本文提出平均修正法对积 分简化过程进行平均修正。 此外，本文推导了加热曲线法和简化加热曲线法计算负荷的表 达式，并比较了二者的计算负荷。结果表明：后者计算量远小于前者。 关键词加热曲线法：汇合法；汇合．分化联合法；平均修正法 东北大学硕上论文 东北大学硕上论文 ABSTRACT AB STRACT Under difierent conditions．the increase ofheated steel’S enthalpy is proportional to the integration of boundary heat flux D—value to time．Based on that relation and under the simplified conditions such as constant physical properties and unifotin distribution of furnace temperature and total heat exchange factor．This thesis realized the simplification of the integral process and puts forward the Meeting Method．The meeting method belongs to analytic method and it Can escape calculating pseudo heating when t11e optimal furnace temperature is to be decided．but the precision is 10wer．nlerefore．the Meeting．Separating Combination Method．which has to make a pseudo heating．iS raised based on the foundation mentioned above．but it call made the optimal temperature more precise． Considering the varying factors such as physical pmperties，furnace temperature of different part and the total heat exchange factor．etc．,this thesis putS forward the Mearl Correction Method to correct averagely the simplified integral process in order that the meeting method and the meeting-separating combination method can be used widely． Furthermore，this thesis not only deduces the calculating burden equations of heating curves method and simplified heating curves method but also comparesⅡle calculated results．The result indicates that the latter calculation quantity iS much less than the former． Key words：Heating Curves Method； Meeting Method； Meeting-Separating Combination Method Mcan CorrectiOU Method 声
