Then, in order to adapt to the basic requirements of the new situation, how to solve basic family planning work of these problems, proposed some ideas and countermeasures. The main job is to establish and perfect the mechanism and conduct extensive propaganda education, administration according to law, to insist on key management, increase financial input in population and family planning to strengthen team construction of six aspects.
