摘要 摘 要 I I 众所周知，产业集群作为现如今最新的产业组织形式之一，对促进经济的发 展起着不可磨灭的作用。随着经济全球化的进一步推进，各金融机构在某一区域 聚集的现象频频发生。一定条件下形成的金融服务业集群凭借其发挥出的集聚效 应与规模效应在提高了产业竞争力的同时，也深刻影响着国家和地区的经济实 力。 本文试图以自组织理论为研究视角，结合传统产业集群理论，对金融服务业 集群的形成原因及演进进程进行研究。本文的一个重要结论就是，金融服务业集 群的成功很大程度上是由于其形成及发展过程中的自组织特性。对于金融服务业 集群的自组织特性，本文从“三纵三横”展开分析。三纵即金融服务业集群所经 历的三个阶段：金融服务业集群自组织创生阶段、自组织汇聚阶段以及自组织进 化阶段。三横即形成金融服务业集群及其发展发展所需具备的三个条件：开放性 条件、远离平衡态条件、导致突变发生的非线性条件。在方法上，本文采用实证 分析我国金融服务业集群发展现状，并运用伦敦金融服务业集群的成功案例进行 比较分析。在分析我国金融服务业集聚现状时发现，我国金融服务业虽然整体发 展迅猛，并逐步成为促进国民经济增长的战略性支撑产业，但是区域发展不平衡， 甚至很多地方出现的都只是金融机构的堆积现象，并未显现集群效应。在此基础 上，本文根据金融服务业集群所处阶段，提出相关措施：抓住机遇，适应国际环 境，扩大市场开放程度；协调金融服务业集群内各产业发展，以维持竞争性与协 同性并存；追求金融产品和服务创新，增强产业竞争力。 关键词：金融服务业集群；自组织理论；金融服务业集群发展 A Abstract II II As we all known that as one of the latest form of industrial organization, industry clusters play an inevitable role in promoting economic development. With the further advance of economic globalization, the financial institutions gather widely, its further evolution to the financial industry cluster with the combined and scale effect will increase competitiveness, and then make a profound impact on the economic strength of the country and the region. However, many local financial institutions are just emerging accumulation phenomenon; they have not showed the cluster effect. This paper attempt to make the research on the reason for the formation and evolution of the process of financial cluster which basis on self-organization theory and combined traditional industrial cluster theory. An important conclusion is that the success of the financial industry cluster is largely due to the self-organizing properties in the formation and development process.
