Research Research on Financial Control of HuiShang Group ABSTRACT In the last few years，China economy has obtained magnificent achievement． Accompany with the national economy fast growth，China economy already became important part of the world economy．It just has close relationship with the rapid growth of the group company．Following the process of the reform and open and the consummation of the modern enterprise system，financial control became more and more important．After joined WTO，Chinese group company has faced with even more keen competition．It not only the core competitive ability contest，but also the financial force contest．But we can see，there are many problems about the financial control of Chinese group company．Such as the unreasonable assignment power of financial control，imperfect control model，imperfect financial system and so on．All of these facts has caused the financial control expiration directly，so strengthens financial control is the question which urgently awaits to be solved， The thesis directed by the basic disciplinary of Modern Management，starts from the concept of control，and redefines the conception of“financial control”． Then points out the essential characteristic of financial control of group company and the present situation of financial control in our domestic group company．Then analysises the group company financial control model，points out the group company should choose their own control model．Then draws out the universal group financial control system which includes：corporate governance，regulation control，capital control，financial personnel control and so on．Finally based on above—mentioned theories and combined HuiShang group’s current situation，unifis the new《Enterprise Finance General rule))，put forward the concrete implementing scheme of financial control system for HuiShang group．Points out that corporate governance is the premise of financial contro，regulation control is the basis of of financial control，capital control i
