硕士学位论文 硕士学位论文 英文摘要 Objects：This paper aims to study data object model of electronic patient record in the department of spine surgery,electronic patient record should be the center information set of the patient，and should be the integration of the all practice systems in the hospital．It comprehensively reflects the personal health information and its related deal process．Electronic patient record include the data of variety format,and include complex contents,which make more and more people study on the data objed model of electronic patient record,because there is no electronic patient record system could contain anything and could be applicated in any department or hospital,the study on the electronic patient record should emphasis on the one subject，even one disease，So the medical knowledge which involved is relatively steady and its expression is relatively clear,and its easy to develop and realize the electronic patient record system． Methods and Results：We analysis and discuss patient record of the paper media wi也literature research method and comparison and contrast method, and alSO discuss the data which the doctors need in the research, then we established the data objea model of electronic patient record in the department of spine surgery with object-oriented analysis method．At last we test the model with the real patient record data,and the result demonstrates that the model is of the application value in certain degree and overcome the professional shortcomings of the electronic patient record system． Conclusion：There are the following characteristics in the object model of electronic medical record in spinal surgery：1)granularity of data objects is fine，and capability of data extraction and analysis are good,2)multi-nested structure,resolve the issues of relation between sentences，3)it can include the other data object with the whole model st
