In pace with acceleration of the urbanization course in China , all facts concerning the problem of urban residence are undergoing gradual changes. This thesis sums up a figure “The Order Diagram by Expression of Social Requirement to Habitation ”and a “External Relationship System of Residence ”. It also puts forward a series of problems , which require special consideration in the process of sustainable de velopment of Chinese urban residence .
