The teaching of the basis of film and television art should train students the necessary media quality of film and television, develop their ability of film and television’ language, help them recognize the history, reality, native country and foreign countries on the basis of thorough understanding of film and television works, and help them learn the essence of man and how to be a man in the resonance of aesthetic feeling. This paper also discusses the method, model and regulation of the teaching of the basis of film and television art under humanistic vision, such as the dialogue between the teachers and students, the multi-media technology and the attempt of fi
