水环境样品中松节油保存条件的研究

摘 要院我国现有标准中关于水中松节油的保存规定不尽相同袁为此开展水环境样品中松节油的保存条件研究遥采用
吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱法探讨pH和保存时间对地表水尧生活污水和工业废水中松节油测定的影响遥 结果表明袁质子
酸可与松节油发生反应袁对测定结果产生负影响袁因此用于松节油测定的样品需冷藏尧不调pH保存袁并在2d内分析遥

Research on preservation conditions of turpentine in water samples

Abstract: In current prevailing national standard system，there are many different requirements for
preservation conditions of turpentine in water samples. This article studies how pH and
preservation time affect turpentine in surface water，domestic sewage and industrial effluents based
on purge and trap method combining with gas chromatography and mass spectrometry（GC/MS）. The
study concludes that the acid reacts to turpentine，resulting in low measurement of turpentine.
Therefore，the water sample for determining turpentine should be analyzed in the frozen condition
within 2 days without adjusting pH.
