山东大学硕士学位论文摘 山东大学硕士学位论文 摘 要 随着电网规模的扩大和继电保护技术的飞速发展，继电保护运行管理 中计算和数据管理的工作越来越多，如：电网参数的管理、保护配置的管 理、保护定值的管理、电网计算分析、后备保护段的配合计算、各种保护 装置的定值计算、统计分析计算等。一个能够完成所有继电保护计算及管 理工作的软件对于提高继电保护运行管理水平具有重要意义，也是实现减 人增效、提高劳动生产率、促进电网安全生产和管理现代化的有效手段。 针对目前继电保护计算及管理方面相关软件目前通用性、实用性差的 现状，本文对电网数学模型进行了深入研究，提出了按厂站将网络分块计 算的方法。该算法大大减小了网络计算的规模和复杂程度，较好的解决了 故障分析计算网络复杂，计算求解难度大的问题。提供了《继电保护计算 及管理平台RCMBase2000》，构建了～个具有充分可扩展性的软件平台 满足了用户完成继电保护领域的各种计算及管理工作要求。根据日照电厂 继电保护计算及管理情况，在软件使用上进行了深入探索，提供了可行方 案。 关键词： 电网计算分析 软件平台 网络分块计算 数据管理 电网数学模型 山东大学硕士学位论文ABSTRACT 山东大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT With the expansion 0f power network and fast development of relay protection technology，calculation and data management work become S more and more in relay protection ope ration management，fo r example：parameter management 0f powe r network， management 0f protection configuration， management 0f protection setpOint，calculation analySi S Of POwer network， matching calculation of backup protection，setpoint calculation of different protection arrangement，statistie analySi S CaleUlation etC．A kind Of software that can finish all calculation and management 0f relay protection is significant to improve the level of relay protection operation management It i S also the efficient means to reduce labors and improve profit，to improve productivity，to facilitate safe operation of netwo rk and modernization of management． Aim to the poor commonality and practicality of the present concerning software for relay protection calculation and management，the power network mathematic S model i S studied deeply，and the block calculation method of power plant in the network i s brought forward in the article．Thi S calculation method reduced the scope and complexity 0f the power network calculation g reatly，it also solved the problem that the fault analysi S calculation network i s complex and the answer i S difficult to get．With “Relay P rotection Calculation and Management Flat RCMBa se2000”，a efficient exten sion software flat i S buiIt，it met the clientsl requir
