哈尔 哈尔滨工业大学工程硕士学位论文 - - II - Abstract Detachable container vehicle is one of the widely used load carriers. Lift system is the important functional architecture of a detachable container vehicle. It is significant to the safety and reliability of a vehicle. Collides may be happened between the payload and the vehicle body when the lift system is worked. That may be also happened in running. So the loads of lift system are very complex. In this thesis, the author uses Co-simulation methods to confirm the fault reason of the avulsion of the flex arm in lift system on the job, and gives a suggestion of how to improve on the flex arm design. 3D models of main structures are built in UG and the analytical model of dynamics of Multibody System is built in ADAMS according to the connection of the structure movements. Used this model the author simulates the working process of the flex arm and gets the load-time history curve. The finite element model is built in ANSYS. The author chooses four typical curves from the whole load-time history curve. The six stresses of the nodes around the damnified position are obtained after the transient analysis. According to the Miner damage cumulative theory, the author analyses the damnifications in four typical load-time history curves in ANSYS/post1. The author estimates the fatigue performance of the flex arm using the elasticity nominal stress and the ultimate strength of the material. After the whole analysis, the author confirms fatigue is the reason the damage in flex arm and simulates the fatigue performance of the improved structure.
