  88 综述 合 成 树 脂 及 塑 料 ， 2016，33（2）：  CHINA SYNTHETIC RESIN AND PLASTICS        助剂对聚丙烯气味及挥发性有机物影响的研究进展 * 潘瑞琦，金  滟，康  鹏，丁树岩，蔡  涛，石胜鹏 （中国石油化工股份有限公司北京化工研究院，北京市 100013） 摘 要：  介绍了聚丙烯（PP）气味及挥发性有机物（VOC）的主要组成和产生来源。综述了助剂对PP气味及 VOC的影响，重点阐述了抗氧剂、过氧化物、光稳定剂、化学除味剂和气味吸附剂等助剂对PP气味和VOC的影响。 PP产生气味和VOC来源主要是由于在聚合过程中催化剂单体残留以及PP在加工过程中降解所致。加入气味吸附 剂，可以有效去除烷烃、烯烃、苯酚、醛及酮类等有气味的小分子物质。因此，探究PP气味与VOC的关联进而控制PP 气味在今后的研究中有重要意义。 关键词：  聚丙烯  助剂  气味  挥发性有机物  吸附 + 中图分类号： TQ 325.14      文献标识码： A      文章编码： 1002-1396（2016）02-0088-04 Effects of additives on polypropylene odors and volatile organic compounds Pan Ruiqi ， Jin Yan ， Kang Peng ， Ding Shuyan ， Cai Tao ， Shi Shengpeng （Beijing Research Institute of Chemical Industry， SINOPEC ， Beijing 100013 ， China ） Abstract ： This paper describes the composition and origin of odors and volatile organic compounds  （VOC） in polypropylene （PP） products. The effects of different additives such as antioxidants， adsorbent，  deodorant， light stabilizer， and peroxides on PP odors and VOCs are reviewed as well. The origin of odors and  VOC in PP products is mainly from catalyst monomer vestigial in polymerization process and degradation of PP in  manufacturing process. The smell adsorbent can effectively remove small molecules of alkane， alkene， phenol，  aldehyde and ketone in PP. It is significant to explore the correlation of VOC and odor in PP and control the odor  in future research.  Keywords： polypropylene； additive； odor； volatile organic compound； adsorption 聚丙烯（PP）具有优异的物理化学性能且质 1 PP气味和
