市域综合运输通道布局规划研宄 烟台市为例 耿彦斌麵数伯鵬 交通运输部规划研宄院烟台市交通局运管处 摘要： 市域综合运输通道是城市综合交通运输体系规划的重要构成要素，是经济要素 流动与客货运输流协调发展的集中表征，是指导各种运输方式网络布局规划的 顶层设计，综合运输通道布局的合理与否直接决定着整个区域综合交通网的服 务质量和效能。木文提出市域综合运输通道布局规划的总体思路，基木原则和纳 入条件，以山东省烟台市为例，将综合运输通道分对外通道和市域走廊两个层 次进行研究，提出了“三纵三横”的通道布局方案，并围绕优化布局和提升能 力两方面，提出下一步综合运输通道的建设重点。 关键词： 综合运输通道;布局规划;优化配置;烟台; 作者简介：耿彦斌（1980-）,男，山西大同人，博士，室主任，高级工程师， 注册咨询工程师（投资），研宄方向为综合交通运输体系发展战略、规划与政策， 智能交通系统规划与管理。ybgeng@ 收稿日期：2017-09-03 City Comprehensive Transportation Corridor Layout Planning Rerearch:Taking Yantai City as an Example GENG Yanbin YANG Xia YANG Bo XUE Qiang Transport Planning and Research Institute, Ministry of Transport; Yantai Traffic Bureau; Abstract： City comprehensive transportation corridor is an important factor of city comprehensive transportation system planning, the characterization of the flow of economic elements and the passenger and freight transport flow development, and the top-level design to guide the transport network planning for various modes. The reasonability of comprehensive transportation corridor layout directly determines the service quality and efficiency of the whole regional comprehensive transportation network. The paper proposes the general idea, basic principles and selection condition of the city comprehensive transportation corridor layout planning. Taking Yantai city of Shandong Province as an example, the comprehensive transportation corridor is divided into two levels of foreign channels and the city corridor. The channel layout scheme of “three vertical and three horizontal ’’ is put forward and focuses on optimizing the layout and the two aspects to enhance ability. The construction emphasis of the comprehensive transportation corridor in the next step is put forward around the optimization layout and enhance ability aspects.
