延续性护理对老年冠心病负性情绪及心功能的干预探讨 江苏省南京市六合区人民医院心血管内科211500 【摘要】目的：研讨老年冠心病患者运用延续性护理干预对负性情绪、 心功能的干预效果。方法：从我院2014年2月-2016年2月选取80例老年冠心 病患者做试验和研究，随机分配患者成两组，1组40例接受常规性护理，11组 40例接受延续性护理，评估该两种方案对患者负性情绪、心功能的改善情况。 结果：护理前，两组老年患者的左室射血分数、SDS与SAS量表评测结果相差不 大，统计学不成立(P〉0.05),护理后，II组上述评测结果与I组相比均显著改 善，统计学成立(P0.05)o结论：在老年涵心病患者的临床护理中推行延续性 护理，可有效缓解患者的负性情绪，改善其心功能，值得加强推广。 【关键词】冠心病；延续性护理；负性情绪；心功能 Intervention study of continuing nursing care on the negative emotions and heart functions in old patients with coronary heart disease Abstract： Objective： To study intervention effect of continuing nursing care on the negative emotions and heart functions in old patients with coronary heart disease.Methods： From February in 2014 to February in 2016，80 old patients with coronary heart disease were selected and divided into 1，II group (with 40 cases in each group) with randomized trials. I group received routine nursing care，and II group received continuing nursing care，then the negative emotions and heart functions improvement of patients in this two options were evaluated.Results： Before nursing care, patientrsquo;s left ventricular ejection fraction，SDS and SAS scale scores between the two groups were all statistically insignificant (P gt; 0.05) .After nursing care, these indexes of II group were improved significantly compared with I group, with established statistics (P lt; 0.05) .Conclusion： Continuing nursing care can effectively release the negative emotions, improve the heart functions, and it is worth recommending.
