中国神经科学杂志 ( ) 　2003 　November , 19 6 416 Chi n J Neurosci ·进 　　展· 内、外侧痛觉系统———伤害性信息处理的并行通路 王锦琰 ,罗非 ,韩济生 (北京大学神经科学研究所 ,北京大学神经生物学系 ,北京 100083) [摘要] 　 ( ) 现代研究认为 ,完整的痛觉信号应该包括两种成分 , 即反映伤害性刺激参数 性质、定位、强度 的感觉辨 别成分和反映情绪效应以及产生逃避行为的情感动机成分。相应地,在脑内存在两条平行上传的通路 ,分别传递 痛的感觉和情绪信息。其中由脊髓背角深层广动力神经元发出,经过丘脑外侧核群投射到躯体感觉皮层的通路, 可能传导伤害性刺激的感觉信息 ,称为外侧痛觉系统 ; 由脊髓背角浅层痛觉特异性神经元发出,经由丘脑中线核 群及板内核群投射到前扣带回和岛叶的通路 ,可能传递伤害性刺激的情绪成分 ,称为内侧痛觉系统。 [ 关键词] 　痛觉 ;躯体感觉皮层 ;扣带回 The medial and lateral pain system —parallel processing of nociceptive information WAN G Jinyan , L UO Fei , HAN Jisheng ( Neuroscience Research Instit ute and Depart ment of Neurobiology , Pekin g U niversity , Beijin g 100083) [ Abstract] The experience of pain is described along two main dimensions : ( 1) the sensorydiscriminative dimension that comprising stimulus location , intensity , and quality and (2) the affectivemotivational dimension , related to the pain unpleasantness as well as the avoidance behaviors. It is possible that these two dimensions are mediated by separate neural systems. A projection derived from the deep dorsal horn through the lateral thalamus to somatosensory cortex is thought to transmit information regarding pain sensation , which forms the lateral pain system.
