中国科技论文在线 33 5 2007 3 Vol.33 No.5 Computer Engineering March 2007 ·· 2007 A TN911.73 110023 2 Iris Recognition Method Based on Surface Match YUAN Weiqi, GAO Binxiu (Computer Vision Group, Shenyang University of Technology, Shenyang 110023) AbstractThis paper proposes a method of the iris recognition based on the curved surface match, which carries out match by comparing the difference of the corresponding pixel gray between the two images. It mainly includes regularization of iris image dimension and gray, the selection of match region, the estimation of match similarity and auto condition of eyeball turn. The method has wider adaptability because of selecting a small region not to be kept out by eyelash and lid for iris match region. It has fast computing speed because there is no process of feature extraction. The match between images enables the forging filch of iris encoding to be difficult.
