中文摘要成本工程被广泛的应用在建筑业、项目管理领域中，对于项目的投资风险分 中文摘要 成本工程被广泛的应用在建筑业、项目管理领域中，对于项目的投资风险分 析、项目收益率分析和项目成本控制起了很大作用。随着生产的发展和市场的变 化，制造业企业的生产模式发展到“大规模定制”阶段，产品生产表现出了产品 品种多、重复性低或不重复生产、品种变化快、面对风险高的特征，与项目、建 筑工程的特征相近。并且产品成本越来越紧密的与技术结合，传统的在大规模制 造生产模式下发展起来的成本管理体系不再适应生产管理的需要。 国外的很多学者对于现今“多品种小批量”或“大规模定制”生产模式这种 新环境下的成本管理进行了大量的研究，而国内的研究更多的集中于成本会计方 面，成本工程方面的成果相对较少。本文将传统的成本管理的相关理论和建筑业、 项目管理领域中的工程造价理论相结合，从定义、属性、内容、功能等方面提出 了成本工程的理论体系，结合成本工程的组织结构体系、信息集成模式和成本工 程理论，构造了结合技术指标和产品成本的集成成本工程体系，并提出了全面成 本工程的方法体系。 本文在提出了面向制造业成本工程体系之后，将成本工程体系具体应用到 TJ钢铁集团的管理中，提出了适合冶金工业的成本工程体系。并结合技术指标 和钢铁成本，用神经网络预测了一个转炉的钢铁成本。 最后，文章提出了今后研究的方向。 关键词：成本工程 成本管理 工业工程冶金工业 ABSTRACTCost ABSTRACT Cost Engineering is widely used in the architecture industry and project management field，in project investment risk analysis，project income rate analysis and project cost control work．With the development of production and the change of market,the manufacturing industry enterprise’S production pattern developed”the multi．varieties small batch”or more advanced”mass customization”stage，the production shoWs the produce variety,low duplication or not repeat，the variety changes quickly,facing high risk characteristic，familiar with the project or the architectural engineering characteristic．The traditional cost management system，which was developed from the large‘scale manufacture production，no longer meets the production management needs． Lots of foreign scholars have studied mass customization and cost management toward the new mode，nevertheless，domestic scholars prefer to cost accounting other than cost engineering．This dissertation joined the traditional cost management related theory and project appraisal in the architecture industry or the project management together,studies industry cost project system，which is suitable for the manufacturing From cost engineering definition，attribute，content，function，this dissertation introduces the cost engineering theory system；and introduced the comprehensive cost engineering method system；showing the
