Research Research on the Maize Varieties Screening and Fertilizer Effect in Solonchak Regions of Huanghua Name：Wang Yanhui Supervisor：Professor Zhang Junmei Major：Soil Science Abstract There are a lot of solonchaks in Huanghua area of Hebei province，in solonchaks area，the problems are widespread exist such as low soil fertility,high salt content，poor performance of water and fertilizer,and difficulty in crop emergence．Under saline conditions，the growth of crops will be inhibited by salt，and the selection of salt tolerant maize varieties is of great significance to the development of grain in the region．There is IOt of fertilization methods in solonchaks area，fertilization status is relatively blind，if fertilization is not properly in solonchaks area，not only will cause salt damage increased and also cause decreased milk production of crops and even harvest noae．In this study,7 varieties of maize were tested as the test materials in Hebei province。under 5 different NaCI supply levels，through the analysis of germination rate，seedling length，germination salt damage rate，seedling length salt damage rate，root length of salt damage rate for maize salt tolerant，and field experiments were carried out to dry mabel yield，nutrient accumulation further analysis of maize salt effect，at the same time，in the field experiment to study the the effect of different fertilizer,in the premise of the same nutrient under field experiment application of blue and green biological phosphorus and potassium fertilizer+ chemical fertilizer,Ji microbial phosphorus and potassium fertilizer+chemical fertilizer, chicken manure+chemical fertilizer,biological fertilizer and fertilizer(CK)for five treatments．Though the effects of different treatments nutrient accumulation，yield，dry matter accumulation and soil salinity,pH，organic matter,available nitrogen，available phosphorus to discuss the best way to fertilize，the main conclusions follows： 1．The screening of the salt resistant maize varieties．Throu
