T he resu lts sh ow th at: through rep eated sim u lation s, can be en o u gh statistical inform ation to estim ate the pro b ability o f m o lecule，w ith th e in crease in th e n um ber o f sim u lation s, the exp ected accuracy is gradually in creased .
