摘要摘要 摘要 摘要 在旅游地的规划和建设中，旅游设施是重要的物质因素，为游客提供各种 服务，满足游客的旅游需求。伴随着旅游业的蓬勃发展，许多旅游设施成为旅 游区规划的败笔，不仅影响了旅游区原有的自然景观，而且破坏旅游区原有的 生态环境。在这种情况下，建设生态的旅游设施逐渐成为发展的趋势。 在国内外的研究中，旅游设施的生态性评价研究并不是很多，从最基本的 旅游设施生态性评价指标的确定到旅游设施的生态性评价体系的建立都不明确， 具有一定的研究意义。 本论文首先对国内外生态旅游设施研究发展现状进行了介绍，确定生态旅游 设施的内涵，在此基础上，探讨生态旅游设施的分类体系，即生态旅游基础设 施、生态旅游服务设施和生态旅游游憩设施。论文的核心部分，是从环境特性、 经济特性、社会特性和人本特性四个方面，建立旅游设施生态性评价的指标体 系．同时，结合不同指标的特性提出了具体量化的方法和评价标准的等级。论 文还利用层次分析法对各指标的权重进行了确定，计算出各单项指标的权重和 指标的总排序值。 论文以生态交错带湖泊旅游区为研究重点，主要介绍湖泊生态旅游区的特 点，湖泊旅游设旌对于旅游区、水体可能造成的污染，并对湖泊旅游区游客的 行为特征进行研究分析。 根据提出的评价体系，以杭州西湖湖泊旅游设施为例，进行分析和简单的生 态性评价，找出目前存在的问题，为下一步的规划和管理建设提供依据，也论 证了旅游设施生态性评价指标体系的可行性，从而为生态旅游设施的设计提供 依据。 最后，关于旅游设施生态性评价指标体系的运用和进一步研究进行了简要 的讨论。在指标体系的实际运用中，针对一些目前难以确定最佳评价标准的指 标，能够结合实际和国内外先进水平的参照，制定出具体的评价标准，使得评 价指标体系能够起到真正的作用。 关键词：旅游设施，生态性评价，规划设计，湖泊，杭州西湖 AbstractABSTRACT Abstract ABSTRACT At the tourism planning and construction，tourism facilities arc important of material factor,provided every kind of service for the visitor,and satisfied the visitor the need．Accompanies with the booming development of tourism industry,many murism facilities becomes the flaw in tourism planning,not only affects area landscape，but also breaks ecosystem environment．In that case，the constmction of ecotourism facilities becomes the wend of the development gradually． In domestic and international research,the research about ecoevaluation of tourism facilities is few．From tourism facilities e．A3[ⅪValuation index to the tourism facilities ecoevaluation system are all not clear and definite． This paper fwst introduced present the domestic and international ecotourism facilities research development and the content of ecotourism facilities．On the base of that，I discussed the classification system of ecotourism facilities,that is the ecotourism foundation facilities，the ecotourism service facilities and the ecotourism recreation facilities．In the core part of the paper,according to the environment characteristic，economic characteristic，social characteristic and the person cha
