The dosage of catalyst and charging method of HQ 3 4 2 4 3 4 were investigated.The results showed that when H PO was used as catalyst,toluene served as solvent,HQ added at 3 4 3 equalportions,and these H PO and toluenewere repeatedly reused throughout eight batches,the content of TBHQ 3 4 was over 75% at 102- 105 for 1 h. When H SO-H PO was used as catalyst, toluene served as solvent, HQ 2 4 3 4 added at 3 equal portions, these catalyst and solvent were repeatedly reused throughout seven batches,the content of T BHQ was over 65% at 104- 107 for 70 min.
